Smoothies are a great way to start the morning and boost your immune system! Not only are they fun to make and beautiful to look at but you can also pack them full of leafy greens, flax meal, chia seeds, and other healthy ingredients to get your body moving! Sometimes I get some funny reactions when I bring a smoothie with me to work or on the go but more often than not it sparks an interesting conversation. Smoothies are a great way to get your daily fiber!
