Just because you want to eat healthier doesn’t mean you need to give up sweets & baked goods! In fact, part of staying healthy throughout your mind and body is taking time to enjoy food and nourish your body with sweets every now and then. Life shouldn’t be about feeling guilty anytime we eat something fun, in fact I’m moving away from labeling foods as “good” or “bad” and instead listening to my body when I have a craving. Creating recipes and baking without as much processed sugar has been a fun way to learn about how food makes me feel. These recipes will reach your sweet tooth without hurting your tummy <3
